Season Kick Off

Practice & Game Schedule

We will practice on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 5:30-7:15pm. Our first practice will be on February 27th at Northeast Middle.

Players should have their uniforms, cleats, and water bottles for practice. Mouthguards are optional. We recommend long sleeve compression shirts underneath the uniform for colder months.

Parents can drop off players or stay on the outside of the gate. Please return to the field by 7pm to pick up your child. Our coaches are volunteering their time and we don't want to add to that by having them wait for parents to return. Our first game will be on Saturday, March 23rd in Nashville. The season runs through May 11th. Each team plays two games each Saturday. The games are usually 40 minutes and have historically been played back to back. This is not always the case. The schedule will be shared from the league in early March. There is a possibility of post-season, championship play. We will clarify that as soon as we can.

All game play is earned. If you have concerns about your child's playing time, let us know. We would be happy to discuss the skill development needed to get them more time on the field, so that you can support that work in between practices.

Fees, Fundraising, Sponsorship

• Fees: The fee for the year is $200. This covers the uniform and our participation in the league. Players keep their uniforms at the end of the season. Payment is due by February 1st. Click here to process payment. There is a $25 late fee for any payment received after the deadline. Thank you in advance for getting your money in early!

• Fundraising: In addition to player fees, we are hoping to raise $5,000 this year to enhance our program. Fundraising helps us to secure high-quality equipment to maximize our coaching work during practice (ex: footballs, pumps, football tees, timers as well as helmets which are $35 per player). Clarksville Kings is more than a group of football teams. Our organization works to provide players with a banquet and awards to celebrate their contributions, team outings and events to deepen team chemistry and face time with industry experts to further motivate and inspire confidence. Here is the fundraiser calendar. Save this picture and post on your socials or print and have players ask family and friends to support by choosing a date on the calendar. Funds must be submitted by January 31st to be eligible for the prizes below. - Raising $50 gets you access to the Punt, Pass and Kick Competition - Raising $150 gets you early access to pick your jersey number.

  - Completing the whole card gets you access to our Boss Player Party at Sky Zone.

• Sponsorship: Interested in sponsoring our team? We have three levels available. We'd love to partner with you to offer our children a world-class experience in the sport we love.

  • Purple Level $500 - Our purple level sponsors will be highlighted on our site and on our banquet certificates. .

  • Gold Level $1,500 - Our gold level sponsors will be highlighted on our site and on our banquet certificates as well as a shout out throughout the season on our socials.

  • Diamond Level $3,500 - Our diamond level sponsors have all of the above as well as highlighting. your logo on our helmets.

  
  

Save the Date: Purple & Gold Day

On March 16th we will have a kick off event from 11-2 at Northeast Middle. We will come together as a family to celebrate the launch of the season with food and fun. Our teams will scrimmage one another and debut their skills here in Clarksville. Players will get. chance to shine in our Punt, Pass and Kick Competition. We're looking forward to cheering on the Kings in what is sure to be an incredible event!
